Host an Event

Thank you for your interest in hosting an event with Verne Q. Powell Flutes! If you are organizing an event and have confirmed the availability of one of our artists, you may use this form to request funding. If funding is available and approved, any artist fees will be sent directly to the artist from our office following the event.  If you are requesting multiple events over multiple days, please complete the amount requested fields at the bottom of the form. Please note the following guidelines before submitting your request:

1) Requests should be submitted at least 90 days in advance of your event.

2) Your preferred local dealer must be available to participate in the event on behalf of Powell and/or Powell Sonaré products. Please contact your local dealer to confirm their availability before submitting this form.  Click here for the search for a Powell authorized dealer.

3) Requests for funding will be processed within two weeks of receipt of this request. Please note that submission of this form does not guarantee funding.
